Lewes City Commissioners approved the library's plans for a new pavilion. The new space would allow the library to offer a different place for library and community events.

Miller will face incumbent Andy Harris in November.

David Trone, who’s in his third term as a congressman, and Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks are the leading contenders among the 10 candidates. Some Democratic leaders worry that the fierceness of the campaign could make the race against Hogan harder.

The Cape May-Lewes Ferry is adjusting its schedule due to maintenance issues on one vessel, consolidating sailings on Friday, May 10. The ferry service says customers will be contacted if their departure time is impacted.
