A Somerset County man is facing several charges following a hit-and-run investigation. 27 year old Jamal Scarborough of Marion Station, MD was arrested after he ran over the orange casings placed on the road by the utility crew and ran over one of the utility workers, who was on the ground working in Salisbury. 

17 year old Cashmir Holbrook from Salisbury is facing murder charges after being arrested by Maryland State Police on Monday. It is in connection with the deadly shooting of a teenager and the shooting of a man last year in Wicomico County.
